if i have an inscriptible weapon and it already has an inscription in it, is it possible to cancel that inscription out w/ a different one?

yes, simply apply the inscription you want to the weapon and it will overwrite it

Yes, if you have a weapon that has an inscription slot then you can replace it with any other inscription that works for that specific weapon.

Yeah just apply a new inscription to it, but it has to be for that type of item.

EX: +5^50 won't work with a sword.
